ARTOC Petroleum Hosts AAK's Marketing Manager

In line with its diversification strategy to expand operations by adding new markets, products and services to its portfolio, ARTOC Petroleum recently hosted Mr. Rob De Loose - Marketing Manager of AAK – during his recent business development trip to Egypt. As the sole agent of the Norwegian company, which is a leading provider of independent technical drilling rig inspections, surveys and engineering support to oil and gas exploration/production operations, ARTOC Petroleum arranged a series of meetings for Mr. De Loose with Egypt’s key industry players. These included GUPCO, the Egyptian Chinese Drilling Company, OGS and the Egyptian Drilling Company (EDC).

The visit generated positive interest; ARTOC Petroleum will submit offers to the Egyptian Chinese Drilling Company for the technical inspection of its drilling rigs, and to both OGS and EDC for delivery of full specialized training programs. AAK also took the opportunity to introduce new products to the Egyptian market during this visit, including three land exploration rigs and a marine exploration jack-up rig, all of which can be rented through ARTOC Petroleum according to project needs.
